Being Soul Confident is the podcast devoted to the lived experience of soul, not as something abstract or distant, but as a consciousness we embody through the human journey.
From March 2026, the conversations deepen further into what it truly means to anchor soul into everyday life - into leadership, relationships, business, identity and self-trust.
Nicola has worked with energy and soul for over 25 years and is devoted to bridging spiritual awareness with practical integration. This podcast explores what it means to be soul confident, not only in moments of light and expansion, but through shadow, challenge, grief, courage and growth. Because soul does not bypass the human experience, it moves through it.
We are not here to agree on one definition of soul. We are here to explore it, to be open and to allow ourselves to be curious about what we don't yet know.

About Sophie
Sophie spent 15 years as a detective in the UK police service, immersed in the complexity of human behaviour and crisis.
After a near-death experience, her focus shifted from understanding external crisis to exploring internal transformation.
She began documenting her own process of change, work that later became two published books.
Today, she works with women navigating life transitions, identity shifts, and moments of deep personal change. She creates spaces through coaching, workshops, and her YouTube channel, where women can make sense of what is unfolding within them, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with clarity and truth.
Her work is grounded in lived experience: rupture, reinvention, and the ongoing process of becoming.
She is also a writer and poet, and lives between the UK and South of France with her family.
