Nicola has worked with energy and soul for over 25 years and is devoted to bridging spiritual awareness with practical integration. In this episode, Nic follows on from last week, adding in the importance of the process to your outcome because the process is where transformation happens.
The outcome can become purely a transactional thing unless you invest in the journey, in the process and allow yourself to explore who you are through it, how it changes you and what it teaches you about you.
The world is fast, everything wants everything now, and often we do too but that isn't where the gold truly lies. Transformation lies in what you give to the process, to the journey; it is what moves you as part of it.
You are the journey, life is the vehicle and each journey within life holds the transformation that unfolds you into everything you are.
